Full Coordination

From budget planning, and themes to 8 hours coordination on your special day, this plan includes:

• Budget planning
• Site and date selection
• Creating a theme
• Seating arrangements
• Accommodations for bridal party, and guests
• Transportation
• Negotiation with vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment, etc ...)
• Invitation selection
• Clergy selection
• Rehearsal coordination up to 2 hours
• Wedding day coordination up to 8 hours

Fees are based on a percentage of overall budget

Partial Coordination

For couples that have already planned part of the wedding, but need to secure vendors, and/or make the final preparations.  This plan is chosen Ala Carte:

• Site and date selection
• Accommodations/Transportation
• Negotiation with vendors
• Invitations
• Seating arrangements
• Rehearsal coordination
• Wedding day coordination
• Destination Wedding arrangements
• Destination coordination
• Travel arrangement of Honeymoon

Fees based on an hourly rate

Day Of Coordination

For the day of your planned wedding, this package will take the stress away from you and your family, and let the experts handle the coordination of:

• Vendors
• Transportation
• Photographers/Videographers
• Decorations and Set Up
• Rehearsal coordination up to 2 hours
• With seating arrangements
• Ceremony up to 2 hours
• Reception up to 6 hours

Fees based on a hourly rate ( minimum of $600) per 100 guests
