Coordination of your events includes the following services:

• Creation of fun, interesting and valuable Fundraisers/Events

• Budget planning for marketing and promotions

• Marketing and promotion of event to businesses

And/or the public

• Locate and negotiate entertainment, and speakers

• Negotiate and arrange transportation and accomodations

• Provide on-site support for events as needed ie: set up, registration, coordination of entertainment/speakers, etc.

Planning and coordintation is based on an hourly rate of $50.00 to $150.00

Staffing support is based on an hourly rate of $25.00 to $30

All out-of-pocket expenses for your events and marketing/promotions incurred by Events Concierge will be invoiced to your company.
